Who we are at NorthStar

Where We Started


Our story begins with a 3-month, 1-person opportunity at a Fortune 100 company in 2004. 

At the time, we were a group of former Army officers with a passion for bringing the values, creative problem-solving, flawless execution, and commitment to mission accomplishment, who wanted to change the way businesses thought about strategy realization and execution.

We focused on the basics: exceeding Client expectations, solving problems and delivering tangible results. 

One project became two, which became four. We went from one employee to 10, and then 20.
